Another Dress for Lula -- Still not a Knotty Dress Tute
Someday I'll get to that Knotty Dress Tute. Really. But, when projects as cute as this Octopi dress are dancing in front of me....how can I concentrate on the things that really need to get done?

Um....helllooooooo??? It is against crafty blog policy to post a dress this cute and not either a) post the pattern #, or 2) provide a corresponding tute. Fess up, woman! :)
